Situated a short distance from Anfield, you’ll find Powerleague Liverpool with eight 5-a-side pitches and one for 7-a-side. Like many other Powerleague venues across the country, there’s parking and an on-site bar where you can enjoy a pint or two after your game. Staying open until 10 pm from Monday to Thursday, booking an evening game here shouldn’t be an issue if that’s what you’re after.

2. Goals Liverpool North
Another fantastic set of Liverpool football pitches that would make for the perfect place to host your next game of footy, Goals Liverpool North can be found in the Netherton area of the city next to Bootle Golf Course. Open until 10 pm from Monday to Friday; this venue has an on-site bar with live sports on their TVs and free Wi-Fi connectivity. With six 5-a-side pitches available to hire and three pitches for 7-a-side, this place is worth considering if you’re based around the city's north side.

3. Goals Liverpool South
On the other side of the city in Speke, close to John Lennon Airport, you’ll find Goals Liverpool South. With eight pitches available for 5-a-side and two additional pitches for 7-a-side, this venue also stays open until 10:30 pm from Monday to Thursday, giving you plenty of time after work hours to book a game. Like many other Goals across the country, this place boasts plenty of on-site parking and an on-site bar where you can enjoy a pint or two after your game.

4. The Soccer Dome Birkenhead
A fantastic set of indoor Liverpool football pitches available to hire throughout the week, The Soccer Dome can be found just across the river in Birkenhead and makes for a great place to host your next game of footy with your mates. Not only does it stay open late and keep you sheltered from the elements, but it also has a great bar and bistro on-site where you can have a drink and a bite to eat after your match.

Also, on the Birkenhead side of the river, the Tranmere Rovers 3G pitch in Wallasey isn’t on the actual Tranmere Rovers ground. However, these Liverpool football pitches are still a fantastic place to host your next game of footy, offering a full-sized pitch that can be split up to host 5-a-side games. Being only a short distance away from the Kingsway tunnel, you can easily reach the venue if you’re based on the Liverpool side of the Mersey.
